Selection guidelines for the Te Kei programme include:

• Whakapapa Māori 

• Be an early career academic (between 1-7 years’ experience) 

• Must work at a New Zealand university

• We encourage participants from a range of disciplinary backgrounds 

• Must be able to commit for the entire Te Kei programme including a 3-day residential wānanga

• Participants must provide a brief summary about how they and their organisation will benefit from the programme  

• Line Managers must provide a brief summary on how they intend to support the participant throughout the duration of the programme and following the programmes completion
